Monoblock body molds, shaped by cutting with oxygen, are manufactured from selected quality steels with hundreds of different motif options.

Pressing shoes are shaped at the desired minimum gaps on CNC center processing machines according to the measurement data coming from the coordinate measuring machine.

The inner surfaces of the printing shoes are also processed on CNC central machining machines with very precise surface quality.

Each press shoe is subjected to a special hardening process.
