Riggtek Sampilio X8 is patented for rapid sampling intervals and very low cross-contamination. It is the next-generation dissolution automatic sampler with small volume diaphragm pumps.

Innovative, Patented Liquid Handling Technology

Sampilio X8 does not use conventional peristaltic or syringe pumps; instead, it uses patented small volume diaphragm pumps (RIGGTEK Patent).

The disadvantage of a traditional sampler with peristaltic pumps is low precision and short lifespan. Problems with syringe pumps include non-compliance with the FIFO (First In - First Out) principle, a very large dead volume, or high hold-up volume. This results in long sampling intervals, time inaccuracies, or mixing during sampling (First In - Last Out), and high cross-contamination.

In contrast, SAMPILIO's diaphragm pumps operate precisely and maintenance-free for many years. The FIFO distribution principle with low dead volumes ultimately makes dissolution analysis comparable to manual sampling! This guarantees accuracy in time and synchronization, minimal cross-contamination, very short sampling intervals, and minimal volume loss.

Extensive Ease of Use

The unique distribution system with separate, bidirectional pumps for each channel allows a wide range of applications, such as staggered or individual sampling per channel or media change with the optional transfer module. Sampilio X8 can be easily connected to all common dissolution testers. Drivers are available for different DISTEK and Copley Dissolution Testers, and others are available on request.

The standard browser interface for Sampilio X8 allows quick and easy integration into your IT environment without software installation, making operations much easier with your computer. Instead of making extensive entries on Sampilio X8's keypad, you can alternatively use the convenient and intuitive operation on your PC's (Internet) browser. The management of methods, reports, and user permissions can be quickly performed. You won't miss the touch screen on the device to start preparation and dosing. With the optional "CFR Package," 21 CFR Part 11 compliant use of Sampilio X8 is possible, and the optional "Backup Package" ensures automatic backup of your data.
