Rectangular Packaging Machine has three options as Rotary Table, Conveyor and Motion Control (3 Servos). Rectangular Packaging Machine product contact areas are made of 304 quality stainless, suitable for food. It is CE certified.

In the rotary table model, the product is placed in the turntable chambers in the feeding unit. Thanks to the collar pipe, the product in the chambers reaches the jaw group by sticking to the bottom from the disc group. The product passing through the disc group is glued to the mouth with the help of jaws and takes the form of a pillow package. It is transported to the parcel with the output conveyor.

In the conveyor-fed model, the product is placed in the conveyor belt chambers in the feeding unit. Thanks to the collar pipe, the product in the chambers reaches the jaw group by sticking to the bottom from the disc group. The product passing through the disc group is glued to the mouth with the help of jaws and takes the form of a pillow package. It is transported to the parcel with the output conveyor.

Motion Control (3 Servo) Rectangular Packaging Machine has the same features as the standard machine. Mechanical adjustment is not required on the machine with 3 servos. Package length and eccentric adjustment are made via the touch screen. In addition, there is a chin protection system and it does not take out empty packages.
